ADR Services has Neutrals with formal training in dispute resolution and Neutrals that are registered with Georgia's Office of Dispute Resolution that is governed by the Supreme Court of Georgia. As such, ADR Services is held to the highest codes and standards of ethics and professionalism. If your case is court-connected, then the Neutral assigned to your case shall have met the requirements of the county is which your case is pending or shall have obtained other approval by the court so that the time involved in conflict resolution with ADR Services is accepted by said court.
